1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, booking, or using any services provided by drivhn LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides consultation, coaching, mentorship, and advisory services focused on professional, leadership, and developmental topics (“Services”).
All Services are client-driven, meaning session topics, goals, and outcomes are determined by the Client, except for mentor sessions, which are focused on supporting people leaders in clarifying, developing, and working toward their leadership and professional development goals.
The Company does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or success.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By booking or participating, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
4.1 No Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations of booked sessions.
4.2 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
To reschedule, clients must:
Message directly through the Company’s designated contact method, or
Email contact@drivhn.com
Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be honored.
4.3 Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions
Clients who:
Fail to reschedule within the permitted rescheduling period, or
Are 5 minutes or more late to a scheduled session
will have their session cancelled without refund.
5. Refund Policy
The Company does not offer refunds for any sessions.
Sessions are focused on specific topics and are entirely client-driven, except for mentor sessions, which are structured to support people leaders in focusing on their developmental goals.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
6. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Prices are subject to change at the Company’s discretion, but price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner
The Company reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a Client engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Privacy Policy
The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided for informational, educational, and developmental purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice.
Clients are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in the Services. The Company makes no guarantees regarding results.
The Company’s full Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and resources provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell such materials without prior written consent.
12. Confidentiality
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of Client communications. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed and does not apply to information that:
Is publicly available
Is required to be disclosed by law
Involves illegal activity or credible threats of harm
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or technology failures, or other unforeseen circumstances (“Force Majeure Events”).
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to reschedule affected sessions without liability. Refunds will not be provided for Force Majeure Events.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.
15. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Client Booking Acknowledgment and Consent
By booking, scheduling, or purchasing any session with drivhn LLC, the Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that:
The Client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Scheduling, Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.
The Client understands that cancellations are not permitted, and that sessions may only be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting the Company through the designated contact method or by emailing contact@drivhn.com

The Client understands that arriving 5 minutes or more late, or failing to reschedule within the permitted time frame, will result in the session being cancelled without refund.
The Client understands and agrees that no refunds are offered for any sessions, regardless of circumstances, including missed sessions.
The Client understands that Services are client-driven, except for mentor sessions, which are focused on supporting people leaders in achieving their developmental goals.
The Client acknowledges that the Services are provided for informational, educational, and developmental purposes only, and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice.
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the Company’s Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in the Services.
Booking and payment for a session constitutes the Client’s electronic signature and informed consent to these Terms and Conditions.
