  • While we focus predominantly on female leadership/mentorship, we are not opposed to supporting any client (regardless of gender identity) who is interested in engaging with our flavor of mentorship.

  • We believe in active listening over programatic agendas. We believe in out-of-the-box solutioning over scripted recommendations.

    We believe that mentorship and consultation should be customized to meet the needs of the client and their goals—pure and simple.

  • Per our terms of service:

    Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

    No Cancellations

    We do not allow cancellations of booked sessions.

    Rescheduling

    Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

    To reschedule, clients must:

    Message directly through the Company’s designated contact method, or

    Email support@drivhn.com

    Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be honored.

    Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions

    Clients who:

    Fail to reschedule within the permitted rescheduling period, or

    Are 5 minutes or more late to a scheduled session

    will have their session cancelled without refund.

    Refund Policy

    The Company does not offer refunds for any sessions.

    Sessions are focused on specific topics and are entirely client-driven, except for mentor sessions, which are structured to support people leaders in focusing on their developmental goals.

    By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

    Payment Terms

    All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Prices are subject to change at the Company’s discretion, but price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    Provide accurate, current, and complete information

    Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions

    Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner

    The Company reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a Client engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
