The thought leader behind drivhn
Doria M. - Founder, Mentor
Specializations: Women in leadership, senior leadership, operational efficiency
Inspired by years of delivering mentorship through multiple channels outside of her own endeavors, Doria launched drivhn with the singular goal of helping other women cut through the bs, push through the barriers, and own the space they deserve to occupy.
With over 20 collective years of people, program, and project management experience across multiple industries inclusive of business ownership, Doria brings a highly analytics and seasoned perspective to her mentorships and consultations. Never one to be drawn by the opportunity to “maintain status quo”, much of her career has focused on launching, scaling or transforming complex orgs, programs and initiatives. She believes in maintaining a healthy balance of industry best practices and redefining what best-in-class can look like.
She has a passion for women and intersectional professionals in leadership.
In addition to her experience driving outcomes and facilitating change management, she has mentored fellow professionals for over 15 years, both independently and through notable organizations such as Support Driven.
Her expertise includes:
Mentorship (female business owners, women in leadership, aspiring Directors, people managers)
Project Management
Operations
Negotiation
Vendor Management
Process Optimization
Transformational Change Management
Saas Customer Support (0 to 1 and 1+)
Nothing forges stronger professional bonds than facing high-impact challenges head-on with nothing more than your cross-functional partners by your side.
Over the years, our founder built relationships that transcended the environments in which they were built, maintaining a hope that one day they would collaborate again.
One day came and drivhn was born—a collective of proven leaders with decades of subject matter expertise, complemented by track records of success.
Meet those leaders.
